Pre-Hospice Care Program

When a decision to enter a hospice program is not yet acceptable to the patient or caregivers facing a life-limiting illness, we will voluntarily coordinate a pre-hospice palliative management program supervised by our medical directors until such a time when transitioning to hospice becomes desirable.
